You’ll learn the skills you need to start your career in the trades while getting paid!
The apprenticeship program is designed to be completed in only three months and is built for anyone- with no experience required! You will be assigned a mentor who will help you get started in your new career and throughout your career with Central Carolina.

HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Apprenticeship Program
When you are accepted into the Central Carolina apprenticeship program you will receive:
- 90 days of training while getting paid
- Classroom training in our new dedicated training center by our Training and Development Coordinator
- Ride along training with your assigned field mentor
- Cross training across all trades for better exposure into different fields
